A sessions court yesterday allowed a lawyer, Kadar Sayani, yesterday to represent the advocates’ lobby against Chintan Upadhyay’s bail plea in the double murder of Hema Upadhyay and her lawyer Harish Bhambhani.
Sayani said, “I will oppose Chintan’s bail plea as an advocate has been murdered.” The case is likely to be heard on February 18.
