An out-of-control dumper was involved in an accident leading to a major vehicular pile-up on Mumbai's Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road, leaving at least three people dead and several others injured.
According to initial reports, the dumper’s brakes were believed to have failed.
Three people were reportedly killed in the accident while several other were injured. The accident took place near Durga Nagar on the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road.

The injured have been rushed to Holy Spirit hospital.
Traffic on both sides of the road in Jogeshwari east was affected following the accident.
