Will she or won't she - Rita Bahuguna Joshi's quitting Congress to joining BJP was a matter of debate for past two days on Twitter but it was on Thursday, that she made the news official.
Months ahead of the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, senior Congress leader Rita Bahuguna Joshi on Thursday joined the BJP in the presence of party chief Amit Shah.
