Marissa Paolillo home delivers healthy, vegan smoothies from Andheri to Nariman Point

"You can choose from 50 different flavours; each has something creamy or fruity in it and its absolutely healthy stuff," says American born Mumbai resident Marissa Paolillo of her star attractions, her healthy smoothies that she markets under Angel Foods.



Settled in Mumbai for the past five years, Marissa whips up mostly vegan smoothies and modifies recipes depending on her customers. She's been catering to a client base from Andheri to Nariman Point for two years now. "Depending on the fruit, I may add natural sweeteners including date and jaggery.

I also use protein powder, probiotics or even spinach, to these smoothies," she says. There's no milk, no yogurt, no ice cream. Instead, Marissa makes her own yogurt from soymilk, with a blend of fruit. Smooth pickings, we'd say.
