Ballia: The manager of a public school was today arrested for allegedly abducting and raping a 12-year-old girl in Ubhaon area, police said.
The accused, Rakesh Tiwari, allegedly kidnapped and raped the victim in January and held her captive at a public school where he was employed as a manager, Additional Superintendent of Police K C Goswami said.
An FIR has been lodged against Tiwari.
