On his two-day visit to Meghalaya, Prime Minister Narendra Modi tried his hand in beating Khasi traditional drum and also shared a video on Instagram.

The Prime Minister expressed keenness about the rhythm and beat a drum together with the other Khasi tribal musicians.

The traditional drum is called Ka Bom.

The Prime Minister was in the State to address at the 65th plenary session of North Eastern Council and participated in a public reception in the city on Friday.
