In a brutal incident, policemen in Tiruvannamalai, a district in Tamil Nadu, on Tuesday were seen thrashing a boy and his family in front of a huge crowd that had gathered.

The video which is making rounds has three policemen surrounded an auto driver and his son whom they whacked black and blue with a lathi in full public view near Old Bus stand in Chengam, Tiruvannamalai district. They even hit the son on his head while his mother tearfully tried to stop the beatings.
According to media sources, a family fight got ugly when police intervened and thus resulting chaos.
