Bengali writer Sumit Paul (42) has filed a complaint against his sister and brother-in-law on charges of hacking his email address and sending obscene messages to friends, ostensibly due to dispute over an ancestral property in Kolkata
According to Paul, his sister Madhumita and brother-in-law Colonel Manvendra Roy are trying to usurp the house owned by his father Dr Shankariprasad Paul at 7, Dr SM Avenue, Kolkata-14.
The complainant presently stays alone in Narayan Peth and contributes to various newspapers and websites including Milli Gazette and aakhirkyon.com.

According to him, Madhumita got married to Manvendra in 1983, and the couple fell out with him a few years later.
A case has been registered against the accused under sections 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) and 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace) of Indian Penal Code, and other relevant sections of the Information Technology Act.
