Governor was 'harassing' Arunachal Govt: Tuki

Expressing confidence that the Supreme Court would provide justice to the people of Arunachal Pradesh, former chief minister Nabam Tuki on Monday accused Governor JP Rajkhowa of 'harassing' the state government and officials.
