Incessant heavy rains have increased flow of water in Godavari river from various dams in Nashik and Ahmednagar districts of Maharashtra. District administrations have issued high alert over flooding of water bodies. As per reports, Jayakwadi’s Nathsagar dam, whuich is known as lifeline of Maranthwada has crossed 70 per cent level. Heavy rains have caused flood-like situation in many parts of the state
