Kejriwal meets family of 9-year-old killed in Dwarka

Meeting the family of a 9-year-old child, who was murdered by two juveniles in Dwarka, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal called the incident saddening, adding that more strict laws are required under the Juvenile Act to combat such incidents.
