Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi on Tuesday said it was an instigation of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Hindu nationalist, non-governmental organization, that Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi was barred from entering the Barpeta Satra temple.
