Sri Sri gets NGT's permission to hold world culture festival

Art of Living founder Sri Sri Ravi Shankar on Wednesday was granted permission to hold the World Cultural Festival on the banks of the river Yamuna, but has also been asked to pay a fine for violating environmental laws.
