At least four terrorists were killed in an encounter with security forces in Sidhra area of Jammu on Wednesday morning. Security forces intercepted a truck in which the terrorists were traveling at about 7:30 am. Confirming the incident, Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), Jammu Zone, Mukesh Singh said two to three terrorists are believed to be trapped in the area.
ADGP Mukesh Singh said, “Four terrorists have been killed in an encounter in Sidhra area in Jammu. 7 AK-47 rifles, 3 pistols along with other ammunition were recovered. Truck owner is yet to be identified, the truck was going from Jammu to Srinagar. Search still on.”
