Home Minister P Chidambaram and Chief Minister Sheila Dixit may've urged Delhiites to act in a manner that's acceptable, at least not offending, but it's falling on deaf ears. Reason: No one's shedding the prejudices or changing the perceptions that will lead to a more responsible attitude. Wondering what those are? Here goes my list.
