A few streets in the US capital were shut on Saturday following firing and a police chase. Shots were reportedly fired near the White House on Friday, but officials ruled out an intention to target the President's residence. They recovered an AK-47 assault rifle from a van in the area. Secret Service spokesman Edwin Donovan revealed that at least one suspect is still at large.
