A Mexican brand launches cloth pads with the faces of vampires from the popular Twilight film franchise

Thought this was a joke? Same. But these are real sanitary pads with the face of Edward Cullen, the lead vampire from the film franchise, Twilight.
The product, Serenapads, comes from a Mexican sustainable clothing brand, VKI Cloths, which specialises in custom-printed items.
Do you happen to be Team Jacob? Worry not, the brand has you covered. The collection includes pads with not just Edward, but every other male character from the young adult vampire series. Each vampire pad is accompanied with the iconic line, “La Push, baby, it’s La Push.”

The Internet has mixed views about this. Some users think this is disgusting and extremely disrespectful, while others claim it’s not that deep and is actually a really funny concept. Someone commented on a post about this and said that they thought that it was actually kind of sweet, since you do happen to be “feeding” the vampires.
The pads are not available to everyone. They only ship to Mexico and the US. Imagine being one of these actors and finding out one morning that their faces are plastered across period pads. Talk about quite literally getting a bloody shock!
