Artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping student writing, language learning, and assignments, while teachers apply it for grading and lesson planning. 

A study says most AI learning occurs informally via TikTok, Discord, and other social media or staff exchanges, leaving gaps in ethics and equity. 


At Mount Saint Vincent University, a pilot course trained teachers to assess tools, design AI-based tasks, and address dilemmas, though universities remain divided on bans or cautious adoption.
