"I think the way people, I mean audience love me that empowers me. The way my fans love my acting, my personality it gives me confidence. Industry wale jaye tel lene (let the film industry go to hell)...People's love empowers me. I am really humbled," said Kangana Ranaut while talking about the criticism she faced from the film industry.
According to Kangana Ranaut, the story of Judgmental Hai Kya is not a sob story of a female protagonist who is suffering from a mental condition. "I think the revolution in the mainstream cinema came from "Tanu Weds Manu", wherein a heroine is shown in a real way. Tanu knows how to play around with boys but she is not a vamp," said Kangana.

The part in the film she plays is a Local city model from Lucknow who is a popular face for the locals and the local brands of the city. When she learnt she is playing a model in the film she got all excited to portray her past real-life experiences in reel life. Speaking on this Yami Gautam said, "I play a popular model from a local city in Lucknow. Unlike a lot of characters shown on screen so far, my character is a local model who's famous in a local town. There have been many occasions in my hay days which I associate with my character on a personal level even though the character is far different and her experiences are different from what I have experienced. The only similarity is that she's a model and I have done that briefly, so there are basics I understand of the character. Of course, this character is very different and something I haven't done before. But my personal experience as a model has come in handy in certain nuances."
Dia Mirza was spotted at a popular salon in Bandra. Dia made her web debut recently with Kaafir. She will also be making a foray in the digital medium as a producer. Dia and her husband Sahil Sangha, who run the banner Born Free Entertainment, have produced the upcoming web show Mind The Malhotras in collaboration with Applause Entertainment. "Our experience as producers teaches us only one thing -- give the narrative all that it deserves and requires in terms of budget, give your team even more love than they may desire and you will have a happy team with hopefully always a quality product," she said. Before the web show, Dia is credited as producer for films like Love Breakups Zindagi and Bobby Jasoos.
Richa Chadha was spotted at a popular cafe in Bandra. Recently, Richa said it is heartening to see actresses like Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar take on roles of older women on the big screen. Richa said, "I feel happy that today actresses are able to take on more diverse and challenging parts. I think it is fantastic because really, the age of actors is here, the age of good content is here. The fact that there are actresses like Taapsee and Bhumi who are now playing older characters on-screen is pretty remarkable."
