Khalid Bin Mohsen Shaari: Born in 1991, Khalid is still living and is the second heaviest person in history, behind Jon Brower. At his heaviest, he weighed 610 kg (1,345 lb; 96 st 1 lb). Unable to move, Paul underwent bariatric surgery in the year 2010 and lost an estimated 295 kg after the surgery. Five years later Paul lost 272 kgs (600 pounds) and today weighs around 350 pounds.
