Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone married on November 14 and 15 in two different traditions – Sindhi and Konkani style. The marriage took place at Italy's Lake Como, and ever since they have been on a celebratory spree.
Referring to actor-husband Ranveer Singh as her "best friend", Deepika Padukone, in an interview with a lifestyle magazine, spoke about why she chose to marry him.
"I didn't want to have a live-in relationship to figure out if I wanted to marry someone or not. [I'm expecting] everything that comes with being a newly-wed: sharing space, or the bills, whatever it takes for two people to live a life together," the actress said.
"He's my best friend, playmate, companion and confidante. I can be silly in front of him, I can be stupid in front of him, I can be sick in front of him, I can be whatever I want to be," concluded Deepika Padukone.
Katrina Kaif was also spotted at her film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara's director, Zoya Akhtar's residence in Bandra. The actress looked pretty in her floral white jumpsuit she opted for the celebration. Katrina completed her look by opting for tan coloured boho shoes.
On the work front, Katrina Kaif was last seen in Aanand L Rai's Zero, and now, the actress is shooting for Salman Khan's Bharat.
Director Karan Johar was spotted red track pants, paired with a basic black t-shirt and a black denim jacket.
Apoorva Lakhia opted for a heart printed white shirt, paired with basic blue denim for the party held at Zoya Akhtar's residence in Bandra, Mumbai.
Shiv Pandit also attended the bash held at Zoya Akhtar's residence in Bandra, Mumbai, with his wife Ameira Punvani.
