The actress also distributed sweets to people after seeking blessings from the temple. Simmba, directed by Rohit Shetty, also stars Ranveer Singh in a pivotal role, who plays the character of a cop in the movie.
Simmba has received rave reviews from the critics and audience. The reviews and word-of-mouth are doing wonders for this Rohit Shetty film.
In an earlier interaction with the media, speaking about Simmba, Rohit Shetty had said, "I am not saying that we have created something different but this film will give you a high. The film will make you happy and cry at the same time."
The film became the third-highest grosser of 2018, after Aamir Khan's Thugs of Hindostan and Ranbir Kapoor's Sanju.
Sara Ali Khan was accompanied by mother Amrita Singh during the outing. While Amrita was waiting in the car, Sara was sharing a box of joys during the festive season.
Later in the day, Sara Ali Khan was also spotted at a popular multiplex in Juhu, Mumbai.
