The results were scheduled to release on 14th june but were instead released 10 days earlier. Howeve, the results drew the immediate attention of several students who raised concerns over irregularities in the awarding of marks. They alleged that the marks seemed off, with 67 students somehow getting a perfect score of 720/720, which is pretty rare. Physics Wallah CEO Alakh Pandey on June 10 said that they had filed a PIL on June 09 raising several questions as to why NTA is hiding the paper leak issue and why isn't it being investigated? The Supreme Court on 11th June issued notice to National Testing Agency (NTA) on pleas seeking fresh NEET-UG, 2024 examination amid allegations of paper leak and said the “sanctity” of the exam has been affected and it needs answer from the testing agency.
