Mahadev Betting App: PM Modi slams Bhupesh Baghel’s government

Coming down heavily on the Congress government, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 07 said that whenever Congress comes to power, the courage of terrorists and Naxalites increases in the country. He also trained guns at Bhupesh Baghel’s government alleged the scam over Mahadev betting app, he said the accused Congress leader should tell what links he has with the accused in the case. This came a day after the Enforcement Directorate (ED) claimed that a forensic analysis and a statement made by a 'cash courier' have led to ‘startling allegations’ that Mahadev betting app promoters paid about Rs 508 crore to Baghel so far.

They did not leave even the name of 'Mahadev.' Two days back, a big operation took place in Raipur. A huge cache of currency notes was found. People say that the money belongs to gamblers and the placing bets. Congress leaders are filling their houses with this looted money. You can see in media reports that to whom its links go back to. The State Government and the Chief Minister should tell the people of Chhattisgarh what links they have with the people sitting in Dubai who are accused of this scam. After the money was seized, the Chief Minister is baffled and has come to the ground. On April 26, Naxal attack in Chattisgarh's Dantewada sent shockwaves across the nation. A day later, a heart-wrenching video describes the pain that such attacks inflict on families of jawans. DRG jawans, who were killed by high-intensity IED blast, left behind their loved ones in pain and agony. On Apr 27, last respects were paid and the mortal remains of soldiers were taken to their native villages for the last rites. The funeral ceremony of jawan Lakhmu Markam was filled with sorrow and pride. Markam's aggrieving wife even tried to offer herself on the funeral pyre of her husband instead of the braveheart. Hundreds of villagers gathered at his residence to pay their last respects. People raised slogans like "Shaheed Jawan Amar Rahe" during his antim yatra.  His supreme sacrifice has made his entire village proud who were bidding him farewell with teary eyes. Villager Chetram Atami condoled the incident however he shared that the whole village is proud of him for sacrificing his life for the country.

CM Baghel lends shoulder to Jawans, says their sacrifices won’t go in vain

Wreaths were laid on Thursday at the bodies of 10 police personnel and a civilian driver who died in a blast carried out by Maoists in Chhattisgarh's Dantewada district. The Chief Minister lent his shoulder to the coffin of one of the jawans on way to a vehicle in which the bodies were being shifted to native places of the dead cops. Ten personnel, belonging to the District Reserve Guard (DRG), and a civilian driver were killed after Maoists blew up their Multi-Utility Vehicle (MUV) which was part of a convoy carrying security personnel in Aranpur police station area of Dantewada on Wednesday afternoon. After paying homage to the personnel who died in the Naxal attack on Wednesday, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said the sacrifices of the jawans will not go in vain and the fight against Maoists will be intensified.

He slammed those who have been protesting against the song and called them "Bajrangi goons". Baghel also took a dig at leaders from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), who earlier acted in films, saying that they have also performed in the color saffron.Soon after the release of the first song of the film 'Besharam Rang', the film ran into a controversy for allegedly hurting religious sentiments of the people. CM Bhupesh Baghel tabled the Chhattisgarh Public Service Amendment Bill and Chhattisgarh Educational Institutions Amendment Bill.
