A farewell function in the honour of Supreme Court Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul was organised on Dec 15. At the function, CJI DY Chandrachud quoted poet Faiz Ahmed Faiz to bid farewell to his colleague & friend for over 47 years. At the Supreme Court Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul’s Farewell, CJI Chandrachud congratulated Justice Kaul for his enormous contribution to Indian judiciary especially in the Article 370 repeal case. Supreme Court judge Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul stressed the need for the judges to exhibit boldness, since they have Constitutional protection.
