PM Modi in Navi Mumbai inaugurates multiple development projects

PM Modi in Navi Mumbai along with Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde and Deputy CMs Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar greeted crowds gathered at the public event, where he will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of multiple development projects worth more than Rs 12,700 crore, in Navi Mumbai. PM Modi inaugurated Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL), also known as Atal Bihari Vajpayee Sewari - Nhava Sheva Atal Setu in Maharashtra. Atal Setu is the longest bridge in India and also the longest sea bridge in the country. It will provide faster connectivity to Mumbai International Airport and Navi Mumbai International Airport and will also reduce the travel time from Mumbai to Pune, Goa and South India.

PM Modi Tamil Nadu Visit: PM Modi lays foundation stone of development projects

Embarking on the ‘Mission South’ journey, PM Modi on Dec 02 laid the foundation stone of multiple development projects in Tiruchirappalli. PM Modi later proceeded to inaugurate the new terminal building at the Trichy airport. The total cost of the projects in Trichy was over 20,000 crore. Tiruchirappalli Int’l Airport is the 2nd largest airport in terms of international passenger traffic after Chennai in TN. Earlier, PM Modi took a walkthrough at the New Terminal Building of the Tiruchirappalli International Airport. He was accompanied by Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia and Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin. After PM Modi Tamil Nadu Visit, PM Modi will also visit Lakshadweep and Kerala over two days.

PM Modi Kickstarts Projects Worth Rs 38,000 crores In Mumbai

Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Mumbai today and was received at the airport by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Governor Bhagat Singh Koshiyari. PM Modi, along with Union ministers Piyush Goyal, Ramdas Athavale and Bhagwat Karad reached BKC’s MMRDA ground to address a public rally and inaugurate several development projects, including the metro services, the Mumbai One App and NMMC Card. He also inaugurated 20 Babasaheb Apla davakhanas and initiated the redevelopment of municipal hospitals at Oshiwara, Goregaon, Bhandup. PM also started seven waste water treatment facilities with 2464 capacity mld, and boosted concretisation of road works worth rs 6079 crores. His visit also included the initiation of redevelopment of csmt and transferring money directly to 1 lakh plus beneficiaries under the PM Svanidhi Fund.

Prime Minister Modi dedicated metro services to people of Mumbai today. He also inaugurated several developmental projects. Prime Minister rode in the newly launched metro and talked to students on board. This is PM Narendra Modi’s first visit to the maximum city after the Eknath Shinde-led government came to power with the help of the BJP. The two parties are expected to put up a show of strength in Mumbai ahead of the BMC elections.
