Minister of Road Transport and Highways of India Nitin Gadkari on April 02 kick-started his election campaign in Nagpur. The BJP candidate from Nagpur constituency held a road show in South-West region of the city and received a warm welcome from the residents. Maharashtra Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis joined the Union Minister during his road-show ahead of the Lok Sabha elections. The city of Nagpur is scheduled to hold the upcoming Lok Sabha elections on Arpil 19 during the first phase. "People are welcoming me with enthusiasm. I have never done politics of caste and communalism. I consider Nagpur as my family and the people of Nagpur also consider me as their own," said Nitin Gadkari. Watch video.

On his nomination from the Nagpur constituency for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari Exuded confidence and said that he is 101 per cent sure that he is going to win e polls with a good margin. Speaking further, he said that all-round development of Nagpur-Vidarbha has been his pledge since the beginning of his political career. "As far as the victory is concerned, I am 101% confident that I will win with a good margin in any situation...I believe that I will win with more than a 5 lakh margin. The Indian Air Force scrambled its Rafale fighter aircraft to search UFO in Imphal airport. The development came after a suspected ‘UFO’ was seen over Imphal airport around 2:30 pm on Nov 19. Earlier, a drone that was very small in appearance was spotted by security personnel at Imphal Airport on Sunday at 3 pm, according to sources. An alert was issued to other agencies at the airport and operations were postponed, sources added. Following the visual input, the Indian Air Force activated its Air Defence response. "IAF activated its Air Defence response mechanism based on visual inputs from Imphal Airport. The small object was not seen thereafter," IAF’s Eastern Air Command tweeted in regards to the UFO in Imphal that was sighted.
