Ayodhya Ram Mandir: 56 Bhog Prepared For Ram Lalla By Devotees

Ayodhya Ram Mandir: As the consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla nears, a devotee from UP’s Lucknow prepared ’56 Bhog’ on January 19. According to him, the 56 types of sweets will be offered to Lord Rama after the 'Pran Pratishtha'. Ram Temple Trust chief priest Acharya Satyendra Das had ordered 56 types of sweets for the auspicious days. On January 18, the idol of Lord Rama was placed inside the sanctum sanctorum of the temple. The formal procedures of pre-Pran Pratishtha sacraments started on January 16 and will continue till January 21. The final rituals of the consecration ceremony will take place at 12.20 pm on January 22. PM Modi will perform rituals to mark 'Pran Pratishtha' and a team of priests led by Lakshmikant Dixit will perform the main rituals.

'Chandrayaan 3’ successfully performs another orbit reduction manoeuvre

‘Chandrayaan 3’ successfully underwent a planned orbit reduction manoeuvre on August 09. The retrofiring of engines has brought ‘Chandrayaan 3’ closer to the Moon's surface, now to 174 km x 1437 km. The next operation to further reduce the orbit is scheduled for August 14 at around 12 am. A retro-burning at the Perilune was commanded from the Mission Operations Complex (MOX), ISTRAC, Bengaluru. Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft is continuing its circuitous journey to the moon with a series of burns to raise its orbit.

Chandrayaan-3: ISRO notifies expected landing date on the Moon

India’s Moon lander and rover Chandrayaan 3 has been successfully inserted into the lunar orbit, by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on August 5. The next operation, reduction of the orbit, is scheduled for August 06 at around 11 pm. The insertion was carried out by retro-burning at Perilune for 1835 seconds. The manoeuvre has resulted in an orbit of 164 km x 18074 km, as intended. A series of such manoeuvres have been planned to gradually reduce Chandrayaan-3’s orbit ISRO also said that a series of complex braking maneuvers will be executed to facilitate soft landing on Moon on Aug 23, 2023. Former ISRO scientist Tapan Misra explained about Lunar Orbit Insertion and the next process. Notably, Chandrayaan-3, India’s third lunar exploration mission was launched on July 14 from Satish Dhawan Space Centre.

A retro-burning at the Perilune was commanded from the Mission Operations Complex (MOX), ISTRAC, Bengaluru. The next operation - reduction of orbit – is scheduled for Aug 6, 2023, around 23:00 Hrs. IST.

Union Minister Jitendra Singh gave a major update on the status of Chandrayaan-3. He informed that on 24th July, Chandrayaan 3 will go into orbit while revolving around the Earth and soon, it will enter the Moon's orbit. ”The world witnessed the historic lift-off of Chandrayaan-3 on July 14. ISRO launched India’s third lunar exploration mission from Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota. Speaking to ANI, Science and Technology Minister Jitendra Singh shared that ‘Chandrayaan 3’ is set to land on Moon in August. Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft is continuing its circuitous journey to the moon with a series of burns to raise its orbit. Earlier on June 20, ISRO informed that the spacecraft successfully completed the fourth orbit-raising manoeuvre. ISRO informed that the next firing is planned for July 25, 2023, between 2 and 3 pm IST.

On July 14th, ISRO launched India’s third lunar exploration mission from Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota as the world witnessed the historic lift-off of Chandrayaan-3. Now, the spacecraft has successfully completed the first orbit-raising manoeuvre. ISRO also updated that the spacecraft’s health was normal. Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre Director also informed about the expected landing date of the spacecraft. Chandrayaan-3 is a follow-up attempt by ISRO after the Chandrayaan-2 mission in 2019. The spacecraft is equipped with a lander, rover and weighs around 3,900 kilograms

Chandrayaan-3 was successfully launched from Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Andhra Pradesh's Sriharikota on Friday, 14 July at 02:35 PM IST. All eyes are on ISRO whose scientists are keen to taste success with a soft landing on the lunar surface and put the country in an elite club of nations that have accomplished the challenging task. The soft landing on the moon’s surface is planned for late August. The mission is expected to be supportive of future interplanetary missions.

Chandrayaan-3 all set to launch in three days from Sriharikota

Chandrayaan-3 is scheduled to be launched from Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh on July 14 at 2:35 PM. Successful landing of Chandrayaan-3 will make India the 4th country to land its Spacecraft on surface of the Moon. Chandrayaan-3 is a follow-on mission of Chandrayaan-2 and is aimed at demonstrating India's capability in soft landing. After successful landing of Chandrayaan-3, the rover, which has 6 wheels will come out and is expected to work for 14 days on Moon. A successor to Chandrayaan-2, Chandrayaan-3 has undergone a few changes to increase robustness of the Lander. The modifications have been subject to exhaustive ground tests and simulations through test beds.
