England all-rounder Sam Curran on Friday became the most expensive player in the history of IPL auctions after fetching a whopping Rs 18.5 crore bid from Punjab Kings here. An intense bidding followed for Curran with Mumbai Indians, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Rajasthan Royals, Chennai Super Kings, Lucknow Super Giants and Punjab Kings raising their paddles frenetically to secure the services of T20 World Cup player-of-the tournament. Mumbaikars recently experienced some Mexican magic when they took a Mexican cooking master-class with celebrity mexican Chef Jason. The class was held at Chef Rakhee Vaswani's culinary studio. Cooking enthusiasts tried their hands at a fun and upbeat menu bursting with complex flavors. The menu for the Mexican cooking lovers included torreados, guacamole, salsa verda cruda, sour cream, salsa fresca. The students were not only given a tour of Mexican flavours and cooking techniques but also tricks and tips on making lip-smacking Mexican cuisine from locally sourced ingredients for eg. replacing local Mexican chilies with Indian chilies.
