Every year, September 27 is celebrated as World Tourism Day. Tourism helps people learn about a country through its cultural and natural landscape. India boasts of 40 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in different parts of the country. As many as 32 of them are cultural sites, seven of them are natural and one is of the mixed criteria, which includes both natural and cultural elements.
