Kaifiyaat Express derailment: Repair work underway, services to resume shortly

Chief Public Relations Officer of North central Railway Gaurav Krishna Bansal on Wednesday said the repair work has started and the services will resume shortly. CPRO Gaurav Krishna Bansal said that the stranded passengers will be shifted to their places through other trains. He said that Accident Relief Train (ART) has been placed on the track for repair work. He further said that the injured passengers have been shifted to hospitals. On Wednesday, as many as 10 coaches and engine of Kaifiyaat Express train derailed in which scores of people were reportedly injured in Uttar Pradesh’s Auraiya.
