AAP cadres staged a ‘Jail Ka Jawab Vote Se’ campaign near Laxmi Nagar in Delhi on April 27. The campaign was held against the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister and AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal in connection with the Delhi excise policy case. Notably, Delhi CM was arrested on March 21 by the ED in connection with a money laundering case in the alleged Delhi Excise policy scam. “CM Arvind Kejriwal who worked to provide the best school, and free- electricity to Delhiites has been trapped in a frivolous case by BJP...From today onwards Sunita Kejriwal's roadshow will begin; she is going to seek support and blessings from the Delhi people to fight against this government...,” said Kuldeep Kumar.

Voting for the Second phase of 2024 Lok Sabha Elections began on April 26. Several politicians, businessmen, actors and top ranking officials from the Bengaluru constituency of Karnataka came forward to cast their votes today. Businessman Narayana Murty cast his vote at the BES polling station in Bengaluru along with his wife and author Sudha Murty. Voting for remaining seats in Karnataka will take place on May 07 and results will be declared on June 04. Sudha Murty shared a special message for young voters after casting her vote in the Lok Saba elections 2024. She urged people to come out and vote.
