Amid skyrocketing prices of tomatoes across the country, a farmer in Maharashtra's Pune district claimed to have earned more than ₹2.8 crore by selling tomatoes. Ishwar Gayakar (36) and his wife, who hails from Pune's Junnar taluka, do not intend to stop at this. The farmer couple has set a target to earn ₹3.5 crore with a stock of around 4000 crates of tomatoes available with him. Gaykar is farming since 2005. He took over farming from his father and now he works at his farm with his wife. Other than tomatoes, Gaykar also cultivates onions and flowers in respective seasons.

Punjab Police on March 18 launched a state-wide cordon and search operations against elements of ‘Waris Punjab De’. A total of 78 people were arrested and several others were detained for questioning. Several others including Amritpal Singh are on the run, a massive manhunt has been launched to nab them. Amid all this, Amritpal Singh’s links with Pakistan’s ISI have come to the fore. Security agencies have been keeping a close watch on the activities of Amritpal Singh since his arrival in Punjab last year. A source informed that Amritpal Singh was in touch with Jaswant Singh Rode while he was in Dubai. Jaswant is the brother of Lakhbir Singh Rode- a militant and chief of Pakistan-based ‘International Sikh Youth Federation’. Earlier, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann had also referred to Amritpal’s link with Pakistan.

It shows gull-wing doors that are hinged to a glass roof. The car is more than five meters in length. Appearing more of a spaceship than a car, LF 30 weighs 2.4 tonnes. The concept car is equipped with four electric motors, which means it can be all-wheel drive as well. The EV is backed by a 110kWh battery pack with a top speed of 200kmph. Japanese carmaker also unveiled LF-Z Electrified. LF-Z is based on DIRECT4 all-wheel drive technology. Lexus intends to offer electrified versions of all its models by 2025.
