Amid the ongoing large-scale outrage over the spine-chilling horror of Manipur’s naked parade, Congress top gun Priyanka Gandhi Vadra lashed out at PM Modi over the sensitive issue. During her address in Gwalior, the Congress General Secretary alleged that PM Modi politicised the issue. A day before, PM Modi expressed his anger over the Manipur viral video and said, “Culprits won’t be spared”. The viral clip of two women being paraded naked in violence-hit Manipur has petrified the whole nation. The two-month-old video showing two women being treated in shockingly inhumane ways surfaced on various social media platforms. Agitated over the barbaric incident, several workers from different political parties held massive protests across the nation. Manipur has been witnessing ethnic violence since May after Kukis protested Meitei community's demand for an ST status.
