Johan Botha hit a match-winning half-century in Rajasthan Royals' opening match against Deccan Chargers last week, but that might not be good enough to retain his No 3 slot in the batting order.

South African Botha, who cracked a 47-ball 67 not out on Saturday, was aware that he would have to move down the order to make way for Australian Shane Watson, who set the cricketing world on fire with a hurricane 185 not out against Bangladesh in Dhaka yesterday.

"Yes, I would love to bat at number three but Shane (Watson) is likely to join the team in a couple of days and I might be asked to play at any other number. He is the best player in world and I am ready to bat anywhere my captain (Shane Warne) asks me to," said Botha on the eve Royals' clash against Delhi Daredevils.
