The day is celebrated on February 13 every year to remember the significance of radio and why we love it. Yesterday, Ashwin tweeted, "Today is world radio day and I got reminded of my college days, when most of those long bus journeys were possible only because of the entertainment on Radio. #WorldRadioDay2018."
