German midfielder Sami Khedira's 24-year-old model girlfriend Lena Gercke has been reportedly shown a yellow card by the German FA for being too sexy. The association has asked Gercke to modify her appearance in the stand for tonight's Euro 2012 semi-final clash against Italy
Gercke was spotted wearing a pair of skimpy shorts at the start of the tournament.

According to reports in a national German gossip magazine, sports chiefs fear the model has overshadowed the other wives and girlfriends in the tournament. Gercke, who is the winner of the Germany’s first Next Top Model, has been requested to stay away from taking center stage before tonight’s crucial match, so the focus can be switched back to the game.

Gercke started dating Real Madrid star Khedira, with whom she posed semi-naked on the German version of GQ magazine, last year. The couple are to tie the knot after the tournament.
