Will not rush Gerrard into derby clash against Everton: Dalglish

Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish has insisted that he will not rush captain Steven Gerrard back into his starting line-up for the Merseyside derby.



The England man is still getting back to fitness following six months out with a groin injury and his manager has stated he will not risk the midfielder unnecessarily. "The game is not the important thing -- Steven Gerrard is the most important," he told the club's official website.
