Adrian Sutil survives high-speed crash

Force India's Adrian Sutil ended the morning session with a heavy impact crash into turn eight, the quickest part of the circuit.

Adrian, who ran slightly offline was caught out by some understeer on the green, slippery track which forced him wide into the marbles and into the barriers.

He was uninjured, but the front right suspension was damaged in the impact.

However, his VJM03 was repaired in time to complete 16 laps later to post the eleventh fastest timing.
