Olympic shooter Suma Shirur praised International Shooting Sport Federation's (ISSF) decision to put women's event on par with the men from next year. The women's air pistol and air rifle events will have 60 shots henceforth in all ISSF events. "I have been proposing this [60-shot format] for the last nine years since we started the RR Lakshya Cup. It's good to see both men and women get equal number of shots," Shirur said yesterday during the announcement of RR Lakshya Cup.
