Melbourne: Force India made a promising start to the new season with a double points finish through Sergio Perez and Esteban Ocon yesterday.
Perez, who was on 11th on the grid, finished in seventh place. It was a memorable race for Econ as he scored his first point in F1 on his debut. Force India collected seven points from the weekend.
