American retired professional basketball player Lamar Odom just needs a judge to make his split with Khloe Kardashian official.
The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star was the first to dissolve her marriage in December 2013 but proceedings were on hold after Lakers star suffered near-fatal overdose in October last year.
According to TMZ, Khloe has re-filed for divorce and both are said to have reached a property settlement on Monday.
But, according to Californian law, the divorce won't be finalised until December as the procedure takes six months from the time of filing for the paperwork to be officially signed off.
