Gautam Waghela's unbeaten 178 guided Swami Vivekanand (Borivli) to 329-9 at stumps on Day Two of the Mumbai Schools Sports Association (MSSA) Giles Shield Elite Division boys U-14 inter-school cricket tournament against Anjuman-I-Islam Allana (CST) at Cross Maidan yesterday.
Waghela's ton helped the Borivli school take a 74-run lead after the CST school were bowled out for 255. The 13-year-old's 264-ball knock was laced with 22 boundaries. This is Waghela's third successive century. He scored 140 and 172 not out in previous two matches.
