Celebrities do weird things in the name of wellness and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model Kate Upton is no different. In a recent interview to Well and Good magazine, she said that she takes wheat grass shots in her eyeballs.

"I've done so much weird stuff. I'd say probably the weirdest thing is put a shot of wheat grass in my eyes. It really works though. I wear contact lenses, and the wheat grass really works. It basically hydrates your eyeballs. It's like flushing out your eye," said Upton, 25, who is engaged to baseball star Justin Verlander, 35.

The American model even has her own eye cup so she can do the shot at home. "You just fill it halfway, put your eye in it, and kind of push your head back. It feels great," she added.
