Badminton Association of India (BAI) president Dr Akhilesh Das Gupta and his wife Alka walked the ramp. As did national chief coach P Gopichand and many well known stars like Chennai Smashers and Olympic silver medallist PV Sindhu, Rio Games gold medallist and Hyderabad Hunters' Carolina Marin and Awadhe Warriors' K Srikanth.
