British MMA fighter Alex Reid has slammed his ex Katie Price's divorce announcement calling it a publicity gimmick.
Talking about the news of Price divorcing husband Kieran Hayler, after he cheated on her with their children's nanny Nikki Brown, who dismissed the story entirely, the British mixed martial artist told the Mirror newspaper that it's a well thought out money-spinning plan by his ex-wife. Reid pointed out that Price has timed the divorce announcement just days before she launched her 'An Audience With Katie Price tour' and the tickets of the show have undersold.

"It's extremely convenient timing, one million per cent. There's no coincidence here. This whole situation is a great money-making opportunity. Having been in a similar situation, and understanding how difficult it must be for Kieran I feel sorry for him. He's clearly signed a Non Disclosure Agreement and she is controlling anything he does say. I also feel sorry for the nanny accused. There's no factual evidence to prove what's happened. In fact, the nanny denied everything, also claiming that Katie owes her money. Knowing Katie, it all seems very convenient. I smell a rat," said Reid.
