Zisham Jafri's brace stole the show as St Joseph High School (Colaba) eliminated Greenlawns High School (BP Road) 4-0 in the Round of 32 of the Mumbai Schools Sports Association (MSSA) Div IV U-16 inter-school football tournament at Azad Maidan yesterday to reach quarters.

St Joseph dominated right from the word go and found the net early on when Vivek Balguhar squared it to Zisham, who made no mistake in slotting it home. The winger added one more as he received another pass from Vivek to drive it past the 'keeper.

Vivek scored one himself, while skipper Kaustubh Panchal added another to cap off a stunning performance.

St Joseph coach Nagesh Swami was impressed by the team's performance, particularly Zisham.

"It was a great performance from the side. Zisham was brilliant. He is a pure left footer, which is great to have in the side. However, I am concerned with the lack of senior players (U-16). We have many U-14 players which can work against us," Swami told mid-day.
