In the last edition of the Commonwealth Games held in Melbourne, 20-year-old Rehan Poncha couldn't make it to the final of the 200m butterfly event and India couldn't win a single medal in that edition.

"Like I said before I have trained very hard. And currently I am clocking two minutes in the 200m butterfly event. If I can shave off another two or three seconds, I am with a chance. I am hoping to do my best," Poncha said.
