Canadian tennis ace Eugenie Bouchard was among the numerous Roger Federer fans across the globe who would have cried along with the tennis ace, as he shed tears following his 20th Grand Slam conquest at Melbourne Park on Sunday. Federer won his sixth Australian Open title beating Croat Marin Cilic in a five-set thriller -6-2, 6-7 (5-7), 6-3, 3-6, 6-1. The 'sixer' drew him level with the all-time men's leaders -Roy Emerson and Novak Djokovic -and also made him the second oldest man, at 36, to win a major in the Open Era.

With emotions running high, Federer cried after the win and then blamed his fans for it. "You guys make me nervous. You guys make me practice. You guys fill the stadiums. Thank you," Federer told the crowd during his post-match on-court interview leaving many in tears just like him. "Omg omg omg," shrieked Bouchard, 23, on Twitter immediately after Federer's win. And then with his speech, came the tears. "He was so close to making it through the speech without crying! I'm crying now too. I cannot comprehend this," she added.
