Shah, Abdulla's efforts in vain

KSCA XI emerged champions in the Shafi Darashah All-India Invitational cricket tournament by virtue of first innings lead against Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) as the four-day final ended in a draw at Alur yesterday.

Replying to KSCA XI’s 564 all out, MCA were dismissed for 392 despite a 74-run eighth wicket stand between Hiken Shah (107) and Iqbal Abdulla (59 not out).
